II’ve spent over 20 years in brand, marketing, and product leadership, launching and scaling beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands at every stage of growth. As a former Chief Marketing Officer and now a strategic advisor to founders and executives, I’ve built high-growth companies, led cross-functional teams, and guided brands from idea to impact.
But long before my career began, I was deeply immersed in personal growth and spiritual study. It’s a path I’ve been walking even longer than I’ve worked in business.
I’ve walked through burnout. Reinvention. Personal trauma. I know what it means to look successful, but feel disconnected. And I know how powerful it is to reconnect with your truth and build from that place.
I hold certifications in life coaching, Lagree fitness, and Reiki, and have spent more than two decades exploring practices like meditation, mindfulness, Human Design, and other transformational frameworks. These didn’t just support my healing; they’ve shaped how I live, lead, and serve.
Now, I bring both worlds together — the strategic and the spiritual — to help people and brands align with what’s real, grow with clarity, and build from the inside out.
