I've spent over 20 years in brand, marketing, and product leadership—launching and scaling beauty, wellness, and fashion brands from pre-seed stage to $250M+. As a former Chief Marketing Officer and strategic advisor, I've built high-growth companies, led cross-functional teams of 50+, launched category-shifting products, and guided brands from idea to impact.
I have an unusual ability to see what others don't—systems, patterns, people, potential, and what's blocking it. I can walk into a room, meet someone, or look at a business and immediately understand what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change. With degrees in marketing and psychology, I built my career at the intersection of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and human understanding.
Long before my career began, I was immersed in personal growth and spiritual study, a path I've walked even longer than I've worked in business.
I've walked through burnout. Reinvention. Personal trauma. I know what it means to look successful but feel disconnected. And I know how powerful it is to reconnect with your truth and build from that place. I've done the deep work to heal, to live authentically, to stop performing and start being fully ALIVE as me.
I rebuilt my life from the inside out. And when I became fully authentic, I became free. And that's the work I do now, helping others do the same.
I created Beneath The Gloss to bring both worlds together, the strategic and the soulful. To guide humans and corporations alike. I want people to thrive personally, professionally, and abundantly. I want businesses to grow without burning people out. And I want everyone to live big, bold, vibrant, beautiful lives, fully as themselves.
I hold certifications in professional Life coaching, Lagree fitness, Reiki, and Human Design, and have over 25 years of practice in meditation, mindfulness, and somatic work. Combined with my professional experience, these form the foundation of how I live, lead, and teach today.
